Order Placement
Orders must be placed before the specified cutoff time for same-day delivery. Any orders received after the cutoff time will be processed for delivery on the following business day.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery services are available from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays, and public holidays may affect delivery schedules.

Delivery Charges

Recipient Information

Flower Substitutions
In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

Unforseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events.
